Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an Order Management Coordinator (internal title Order Fulfillment Coordinator). In this role you will play a key role on our Supply Chain team, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate daily fulfillment activities, track order performance, and communicate across departments to quickly resolve order and shipment issues for both domestic and international customers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement plans to optimize fulfillment lead times, delivery performance, and overall efficiency.
• Act as an internal advocate for customer needs by maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Supply Planning, Distribution, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor order systems and coordinate across departments to track inventory, resolve order or shipment issues, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance fulfillment operations.
• Oversee and assist in fulfillment staff training, scheduling, performance tracking, and report preparation.
• Utilize EDI and ERP platforms, including Business Central, to manage orders, updates, and operational visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in supply chain coordination or cross-functional team management.
• Proficiency in Business Central order management tools or similar, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
