Drive continuous improvement initiatives that set new benchmarks in workplace safety. Measure performance against WHS policies, analyze metrics, and conduct site audits to address non‑compliance issues.Strategic Partnership & Influence – Build partnerships with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of the business. Use compelling data analysis and risk insights to influence positive change and drive strategic decision‑making. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who balances safety excellence with operational demands.
