With the job interview in the rearview mirror, it is time to navigate the post-interview process. When you finish interviewing for jobs in Chico, there is still some work left to do. Regardless of how well your interview performance was, taking these steps will give you a boost and help you stand out from the competition.
1. Dont be afraid to ask what the next step is: go ahead and ask what the next step in the process is once the interview is concluded. That way, you will know what to expect and when the appropriate time for a follow up email or phone call would be.
