**Customer Service Associate (Part Time - LA)**

VETTA is looking for a part time Customer Service Associate! This person will need to be located in Los Angeles.

+ Part-time position (20 hours/week, $17.50/hr)

+ 2 weeks paid vacation

+ 5 free clothing items, and discounts

+ $250 toward professional development

Responsibilities:

+ Provide excellent customer service via all customer touch points (email, social media)

+ Respond to customer questions with custom style and size recommendations

+ When extra help is needed, process returns and exchanges, pick and pack orders, count inventory, and steam returns

+ Other general tasks and special projects that arise

Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication and writing skills

+ Excellent problem solving skills

+ Ability to periodically lift boxes up to 35 lbs
