**ROLE SUMMARY:**

The Delivery Specialist is the lifeline to our customers and business partners. Happy, Hungry, & Focused customer service is an absolute must as we expect this role to assist in building upon our wonderfully established relationships with our business partners/clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of delivery/ long haul driving experience, customer service experience, and a clean driving record.

**WHAT YOUVE DONE (QUALIFICATIONS):**

* Minimum 1 year of delivery/ long haul experience

* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

* Cannabis experience is a plus

* Comfortable with technology and learning new apps and systems

* Flexible with handling continuous change

* Detail oriented and able to keep meticulous records of paperwork

**WHAT YOULL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES):**

* Make B2B deliveries daily to our valued clients in cannabis dispensaries

* Make procurement/ product pick ups from our business partners

* Manage inventory for deliveries and pick-ups

* Handle cash when picking up payment for accounts receivable

* Follow internal procedures and SOPs to keep cash organized and protected

* Complete daily reports associated with deliveries and pick-ups

* Provide outstanding business partner/client service

* Share product knowledge with business partners/clients as directed

* Collaborate with sales team to assist with supporting delivery changes, sharing product issues, communicating payment matters, etc.

* Take on additional responsibilities as needed

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Able to drive a van and/or car for eight (8) twelve (12) plus hours daily

* Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs daily

* Able to stoop, stretch, twist, bend, etc.

* Good vision and hearing

* Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
