The warehouse team Members primary responsibility is to provide the best customer experience possible by flexing in and out of job functions as needed in the DC. Once properly trained, the duties and responsibilities will vary over time depending on business needs. The Distribution Center Team Member will unload, stow, pick, process, pack, or process return items based on the demand for the day.

**What youll do - Essential Responsibilities**

**Inbound**

* Receive inbound shipments and verify correct content, following through to ensure proper stocking procedures are followed

* Stow incoming vendor freight and returns units

* Condense and relocate items as needed to make space

* Outbound

* Pick items using a handheld device and stage them for the next process.

* Process orders using a handheld device, match invoices to orders and items

* Package orders are to be shipped in a way that is consistent with the Lulus standard.

**Returns**

* Open returned orders and ensure items are eligible for resale

* Quality Check returns items and disposes of items not meeting quality or cleanliness standards.

* Fold items eligible for resale consistent with the Lulus standard

**Additional Primary Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean, safe work environment

* Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control

* Communicate effectively with multiple warehouse departments

**What youll need - Essential Qualifications**

* Basic math and recording abilities

* Excellent organizational skills

* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities

* A keen eye for detail

* High school diploma or GED preferred

****Work Environment****

Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

****Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties****

* Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 100% of the time is spent in varying work areas

* Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate co-workers

* Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able to assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination

* Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50lbs by hand.

* Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed

* Reaching/Handling: Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies.

* Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
