What you'll do:
Thejob of the installer exists to preparethe chassis for truck body installation; install required units in truck bodiesas part of manufacturing of truck bed fabrication; additionally, may assist inother miscellaneous duties/related work as required.
Prepares the chassis for truck body installation.
Install the body onto the chassis.
Install the bumpers onto the chassis.
Install all wiring and electrical units in the chassis.
Install accessories of aftermarket products
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following.
manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Makes safety a priority
What you need to be successful:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Prior Experience: Electric and Welding Experience preferred, manufacturing experience required.
Computer Skills: N/A
Technical Skills: N/A
Industry-Specific Knowledge: N/A
Preferred: General knowledge of auto mechanic knowledge
Language Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
