As a Client Access Representative, you will be responsible for receptionist and clerical duties in our clinic, serving as the face of our organization for all visitors and ensuring a welcoming first impression. Your role will include scheduling clients, collecting payments, and maintaining current and updated client paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team.
- Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner.
- Schedule and reschedule client appointments.
- Assist with client intake paperwork.
- Collect client cost share for appointments.
- Work with providers on cancellation lists and maintain updates.
- Correctly fill out daily deposit logs.
- Scan documents to the client charts.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with computers and excellent typing skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Additional Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
