Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

As a Client Access Representative, you will be responsible for receptionist and clerical duties in our clinic, serving as the face of our organization for all visitors and ensuring a welcoming first impression. Your role will include scheduling clients, collecting payments, and maintaining current and updated client paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team.
• Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and relevant manner.
• Schedule and reschedule client appointments.
• Assist with client intake paperwork.
• Collect client cost share for appointments.
• Work with providers on cancellation lists and maintain updates.
• Correctly fill out daily deposit logs.
• Scan documents to the client charts.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with computers and excellent typing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
