About the Role
We need a team member who can be our “glue” - we're calling the job Chief of Staff, but we really see it as our very own Organizer of the Chaos, Trusted Thought-Partner to our Founders, Truth-Speaker, and Execution Extraordinaire. If you thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and hate being told to “stay in your own lane”, then we're interested in talking with you about this role.
You will help scale a fast-scaling Series A startup to Series B and beyond by laying the foundation for important functions like talent, people ops, performance management, etc. You will likely fill these roles yourself to deeply understand the needs, build processes to help scale that function and backfill yourself by hiring specialists. One of the most exciting parts of our Chief of Staff position is that you'll be on the front lines of the company's most critical projects, along with our Founders, and you'll have the opportunity to evolve your role and grow along with us.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to fast-track their career to VP or C-level roles or start their company after Stellic.
