Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Payroll & Timekeeping Analyst.

Location: Redwood city, CA (Remote)
As a Payroll & Timekeeping Analyst you will be responsible for
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of timekeeping records for payroll processing with experience in implementing and configuring time keeping systems (preferable WFS - Work Force Software). This role involves analyzing and verifying timekeeping data, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support with WFS implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on WFS features and functionalities.
* Collaborate with payroll team members to ensure smooth integration and data accuracy for payroll cycles.
* Train end-users on WFS to improve acceptance of the system.
* Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues.
* Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of timekeeping and payroll activities.
The ideal candidate will have
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and time & attendance processes
* Technical Skills: Proven experience with WFS implementation and support, including configuration.
* Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.

Pay Range*: $25/hr. - $28/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
