Job Description: Full-Time Warehouse Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is critical to the smooth operation of our skincare manufacturing process. The Warehouse Assistant will work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure products are batched, filled, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Filling:

- Operate and maintain filling equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.

- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products during the production process.

2. Order Fulfillment:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Organize and maintain inventory to meet production and order demands.

- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels of packaging, raw materials, and finished products.

- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and updating records.

- Report low stock levels and discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

4. Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Complete Weekly Closing Check list of warehouse workspace

5. Logistics Support:

- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.

- Load and unload products and materials as needed.

- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

6. Other Duties:

- Support special projects or events related to production and logistics.

- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.

- Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and maintain product quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory software is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
