Job Profile Summary: Restoration Project Manager
This is a field based position on the Natural Resources Management projects, which may include assessing vegetation near utility infrastructures and utility access easements. Serve as communications liaison among other leaders, other groups, and own work group. Act as the technical consultant to customer or other contractor as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Enhance safe work practices in the programs by providing periodic instruction and observation.
* Work directly with the utility customer to achieve program goals
* Field work that includes evaluating vegetation around utility infrastructure and/or evaluating condition of utility access roads
* Responding to utility customer requests and providing photos, assessments, and data on project work
* Package and facilitate work with third party contractors
* Analyze operations to evaluate and identify areas of cost reduction and program improvement,
* Promote customer satisfaction by providing an effective interface with internal and external customers, establishing reasonable expectations up front, and then meeting expectations.
* As requested by Manager, performs all necessary duties for emergency response in accordance with all safety requirements, law and regulations, and applicable labor agreements.
* Adheres to personal appearance standards and makes a positive personal impression on others. Adheres to attendance policies and faithful in coming when scheduled and conforms to work hour requirements.
* Conducts work in a safety-conscious manner as not to endanger themselves or others. Keeps the work area [office and/or company vehicle] neat, orderly, and professional in appearance. If applicable, ensures maintenance on company vehicles is done in a timely and efficient manner.

Equipment, Environmental and Safety Requirements:
* Frequent driving through service territory and overnight travel
* Extensive walking/hiking on uneven ground

Qualifications:
* 2- or 4-year degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Environmental Studies or related field
* AND/OR at least 1 years' experience in related field (Forestry, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Environmental Studies, Conservation, Natural Resources, or related fields)
* ISA Certification and/or ISA Certified Utility Specialist Desired
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook] or similar software suite
* Possess a valid driver's license
* Minimum age of 21

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Pacific salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to customer contact terms, location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include Paid Time Off, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, ESOP contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other region-specific benefits as eligible.
