Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Resolve construction issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Ground up multifamily/apartment experience required
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
