The Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant is responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash reconciliations, purchasing credit cards, and journal entries for a fast-paced, multi-company medium sized family business. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively, possess analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
