• Oversee, organize, and guide the upkeep team's operations.
• Plan and schedule routine and long-term servicing tasks across daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.
• Design and supervise capital investment initiatives, delivering monthly updates on expenditure progress.
• Administer and monitor the facility's servicing budget, providing regular spending insights.
• Preserve and track the reliability of essential operational assets and equipment.
• Champion, enhance, and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.
• Potentially establish and lead a program to elevate technical servicing expertise.
• Direct and optimize energy usage initiatives within the facility.
• Guarantee adherence to safety and ecological standards throughout the site.
• Tackle and resolve intricate operational challenges.
• Diagnose issues and maintain machinery and systems effectively.
• Collaborate closely with site leadership to meet overarching organizational objectives.
• Handle additional tasks as they arise to support the team's mission.

What You Contribute

• A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, paired with at least 5 years in a production or project engineering capacity and 2 years steering a team.
• Deep expertise in mechanical frameworks and their functionality.
• Familiarity with local, state, and national safety and environmental guidelines.
• Practical experience with SAP systems.
