Role Description

This is an on-site role as a Bookkeeping Assistant / A/R Specialist located in City of Industry, CA with our North American corporate office. The role involves handling financial statements, utilizing QuickBooks Online accounting software, creating invoices and applying payments, performing accounting tasks, and maintaining bookkeeping records for INFiLED. Must be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English. The position will begin part-time and progress to a full-time position within approximately 3 months.

Qualifications

• Financial statements and bookkeeping skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online software
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency in managing finances
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
