Construction Laborer

As a skilled construction laborer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you will support different construction job sites in Chico, CA and surrounding areas. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• Hours: 9pm - 5:30 am
• Ability to use screw gun, moving displays, using roto hammer to set anchors and other construction labor
• Prep job site. Load/unload material
• Job site clean-up
• Haul debris/trash using wheelbarrows
• Demolition using jack hammers and other power tools
• Dig trenches

Qualifications:

• E-verify: Eligible to work in the United States
• Be at least 18+ years of age
• Minimum 2 year of prior experience working at a commercial and/or residential construction sites
• Prior experience using hand and power tools
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
