A leading Auto Group in the Northern California area which is a customer-focused organization committed to keeping our technology running smoothly needs to hire a Level 1 Computer Technician who will be the first line of support for hardware, software, and network issues helping our team stay productive and connected. Responsibilities Level 1 Computer Tech:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person
• Set up and configure new workstations and peripherals
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues

Qualifications/Requirements Level 1 Computer Tech:

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
• Customer service mindset and a willingness to learn
