The Loan Origination Operations Manager leads and directs the Boarding Team and must be familiar with all processes related to loan documentation, check-in, funding, and boarding. This person will oversee all area(s) of the Loan Originations Team including, but not limited to, documentation, funding, check-in, boarding, flood review, DMV, and title policy edit. The Loan Origination Operations Manager supports the Director of Loan Originations by managing the boarding functions through setting priorities and making assignments to Associates. The Loan Origination Operations Manager organizes and conducts training for the documentation/ check-in/ funding/ Title/ DMV/ Flood/ Boarding staff, writes procedures, and sets and monitors service level standards. During absences and heavy work volume, the Loan Originations Operations Manager may act as a utility person in any area of oversight.
