A leading Auto Group in the Northern California area is seeking a detail-oriented DMV Contract Clerk to join our administrative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicle contracts accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and submit DMV paperwork for registration, title transfers,
  and trade-ins
• Calculate and verify taxes, fees, and payment schedules
• Reconcile accounting schedules and electronic funding transactions (EFTs)
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Communicate with customers and DMV agencies to resolve documentation issues
• Support the sales and finance teams with contract-related tasks

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2+ years of automotive contract or DMV processing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of state DMV procedures and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
