- Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information
- Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation of client information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Assist in identifying and addressing client needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with privacy regulations
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in crisis intervention or mental health support
- Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations
- Bilingual skills to support a diverse client base
