What you'll do

Business Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership and business partners to understand goals and challenges, develop hypotheses, and create research plans. Provide guidance and actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives.

Project Scope: Manage end-to-end workstreams and projects within a business area, including risk management.

Model Development: Develop and implement data models to drive business results, collaborating with project teams.

Proof of Concept and Prototype: Lead development and testing of prototypes and complex algorithms, working with analytics experts.

Data Collection and Analysis: Apply advanced analytics to solve complex business problems, providing strategic recommendations.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop solutions, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field, plus 2 years' experience in data analytics, or 4 years' experience in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certificates in analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis; advanced degrees such as a Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
