Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a Permenant Housing Instructor for our Transistional Support Services (TSS-Chico) program in Chico, CA. GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the guidance of the coverage supervisor, this position is responsible for teaching and assisting clients, who are dually diagnosed with mental health diagnosis and developmental disability.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is an at-will direct service position within a program. The position is responsible for assisting and advocating for our members in meeting their expressed goals while living in the community. Staff will provide instruction to clients in the skills necessary to live independently in their home and support the client in learning advocacy skills.
