What You'll Be Doing
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment service schedules
* Support maintenance team with clerical tasks including work order processing and data entry
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of parts and supplies
* Assist in tracking compliance with safety and operational procedures
* Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews
* Provide backup support to the Plant Administrator to key HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and general employee assistance.

Work Environment
This role is based at a quarry site and involves working in an industrial environment. The position requires regular interaction with maintenance personnel, equipment, and administrative systems. Safety gear and protocols are strictly followed.
Physical Demands of the Job
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in both office and industrial settings
* Occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
* Use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and handling tools or parts
* Visual acuity to read documents, operate computer systems, and inspect equipment
* Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise
