We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to help take our paid search program to the next level. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, is energized by performance optimization, and enjoys translating insights into scalable strategy.
You'll be a key player in shaping how we acquire high-quality leads and customers through search. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable with complexity—managing large datasets, experimenting with bidding strategies, and drawing insights that influence broader growth initiatives.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $127,373 - $148,028. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
