What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model bank processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to create visual representations of business activities and information flows.
- Facilitate collaboration among process subject matter experts to gather necessary content for process maps.
- Lead teams of process owners in documenting end-to-end process activities.
- Design and deliver process hierarchy for the organization and/or enterprise.
- Manage projects and changes effectively, ensuring timely delivery of process map artifacts.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management.
- Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
- Strong organizational skills and efficiency in delivering process map artifacts.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Desired certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Familiarity with process hierarchy design in organizations or enterprises.
- Experience leading teams in a consulting or financial services environment.
