As an Associate Director of Supported Living Services at Mains'l, you will help bring our Vision – ‘A world where people live with meaning and purpose' to life by leading our Mission and Values through Person-Centered Practices, supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
We are hiring an experienced leader to direct the development and delivery of individualized, high-quality services that promote autonomy, inclusion, and measurable outcomes. This position is responsible for staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous program innovation to meet the evolving needs of the people we support. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, foster community partnerships, and ensure that all initiatives align with organizational goals and best practices in person-centered care.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay range: $73,000 - $111,000 annually
Status: Exempt (Salaried)
Location: Chico, CA / Hybrid
Open statewide but must be willing to relocate to Chico, California or surrounding areas. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates outside the area.
