As an Engineering Manager for Charlotte AI at CrowdStrike, youll be responsible for building and supporting the teams that develop and maintain our generative AI-powered virtual security analyst. You will focus on the wellbeing and professional growth of everyone in your group, and youll drive the hiring that will enable us to scale at an accelerated pace. Youll help foster an open and collaborative environment and ensure that your group is set up to succeed and to keep roadmap delivery on track.
With a focus on Charlotte AI product engineering, you will work with a talented group of cloud, SDET, and frontend engineers, as well as AI/ML Data Scientists to provide the high-quality, high-scale AI-powered security systems that customers around the world use 24/7 to defend against the most sophisticated adversaries. Youll also collaborate closely with product managers to optimize our roadmap and with the design team to maintain a consistent user experience across all our products. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
