POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at one of Oxford's luxury or boutique-style hotels is responsible for assisting in meeting financial targets, cost and waste controls, training and development of the FOH staff and overall success in delivering luxury level service standards. This position assists the Food and Beverage Manager in the operation of all beverage production and dining service, being available to stand in if the Food and Beverage Manager is not accessible. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager plays a key role in striving to meet and exceed Four-Star service standards delivering high-quality service and amenities with strong attention to detail, ensuring excellence in every guest interaction, and consistently exceeding expectations.
