Senior Manager, Supply Chain (Moda Operandi, Inc., Maspeth, NY): Ensure the deliverables set within the overall Supply Chain Strategy are adhered to within your specific area of operations (20%); Manage and set performance, quality, cost and capacity targets within Moda's and its 3PL's warehouses (20%); Ensure Inbound Receiving and Outbound Order Fulfillment targets are consistently met at our warehouses (10%); Oversee Moda's vendor partners to ensure timely inbound shipments and compliance with receiving standards (15%); Drive resolution and reporting of exceptions for all operational processes, and drive elimination of root cause with cross-functional partners (10%); Educate partners by process mapping, visualizing business impact and required action by all stakeholders (15%); Manage and set daily tasks for direct reports, as well as performance targets and KPIs (5%); and Create development plans for individual team members, fostering growth and success within their roles (5%). Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience leading Operations teams across multiple business units; Experience driving increased productivity and service level quality; Experience effectively prioritizing competing requests from multiple business units; Experience working with 3PLs, able to navigate negotiations; Experience with supply chain planning and logistics; Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to senior leadership and partners alike; Experience with Oracle - Netsuite, Whiplash, ShipHawk; Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's) and SQL – able to query and build reports to analyze large datasets to draw insights; Experience networking and dealing with vendors and suppliers; and Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience. Requires at least one year of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist, Manager or a related occupation. Option to work from home is available. Salary: $90,147 - $125,000.
