We're looking for an E-commerce Shipper who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us deliver joy - sustainably - one package at a time.

What You'll Do

Your main mission: ship e-commerce orders like a pro.
You'll handle everything from labeling to packing slips and getting orders out the door on time for e-commerce, drop-ships and RMA's. When you're not shipping, you'll pitch in to help with other warehouse needs, like picking, packing, stocking shelves, checking inventory, and keeping the workspace organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping Operations: Ship orders with accuracy and efficiency creating shipping labels, packing slips, and process shipments using WMS and Starship software.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.

• Loading & Unloading: Help unload containers and palletize incoming goods as well as stage products accurately and build pallets to spec.

• Assembly & Rework: Rework product packaging and assemble inventory kits. Complete customer-specific compliance assemblies as needed.

• Inventory & Restock: Use WMS to move and restock inventory across warehouse bins. Manage returns, canceled, and voided orders.

• Warehouse Care & Safety: Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies so the team can work at their best. Follow all Klean Kanteen, local, state, and federal safety regulations.

• Team & Culture: Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and fun. Champion Klean Kanteen's mission and values in daily work.

What You Bring

• Attention to Detail: You double-check addresses and orders, making sure every package is right the first time.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds - you'll be moving a lot throughout the day.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our WMS and shipping systems quickly.
• Team Spirit: You're reliable, friendly, and ready to collaborate to get the job done.
