Remote Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct final PA reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal drug laws.
• Monitor nursing unit inspections.
• Maintain records for controlled substances.
• Remove outdated and damaged drugs from the inventory.
• Supervise the work results of support personnel.
• Maintain current registration with the state board.
• Study existing and new legislation.
• Advise management on needed actions.

Essential Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience with Prior Authorization and MTM.
• Proficiency in pharmacy data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Pharmacist License in state of residence.

Work Environment:

The position is 100% remote, requiring a dedicated workspace at home. Working hours are Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
