Resolution Coordinator

The Resolution Coordinator facilitates customer damage claims and acts as a liaison between Ryder Last Mile's sub-contracted Service Partners and all parties to ensure claims are resolved timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process new property claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and entered into claim management systems and that responsible parties are notified.
• Act as the primary point of contact for claimants, clients, Site Managers, Service Partners, and Third Party Adjusterskeeping everyone informed throughout the claims process.
• Ensure claims are resolved in a timely and fair manner, often negotiating with involved parties to reach agreement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• H.S. diploma/GED
• Associate's degree, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Experience:

• 3 years or more related experience, required
• 2 years or more property claims experience preferred

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of MS Excel Intermediate Required

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type: Salaried

Minimum Pay Range: $50,000.00

Maximum Pay Range: $60,000.00
