Accountabilities

• Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Oversee project risk management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure successful delivery of key objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to coordinate technical integration and harmonization of systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional team alignment, providing situational leadership to remove obstacles, assign tasks, and maintain program schedules.
• Drive vendor and partner engagement, ensuring delivery performance, schedule adherence, and alignment with project goals.
• Report program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and transparently to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support evaluation and integration of emerging technologies into current and future product lines, optimizing technical execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a track record of managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and innovative thinking.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as GitHub, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Project, or SmartSheet.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for work under U.S. export control regulations).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site visits to College Park, MD, Bothell, WA, or other locations.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and emerging technology integration is preferred.
