About You

• You're a strategic product leader. You can set the long-term vision for Zapier's organic growth, define category-level priorities, and make tradeoffs across multiple growth surfaces.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in growth, ideally in SaaS with emphasis on user acquisition.
• You are skilled at setting a roadmap and executing against it, translating strategy into a sequenced plan with engineering and design to deliver on it.
• You understand SEO and GEO as platforms, with knowledge of traditional SEO mechanics and generative search (GEO).
• You've scaled acquisition programs before with durable growth loops.
• You're analytical and intuitive, using data to shape decisions while maintaining product sense and user empathy.
• You're a cross-functional leader who can work with engineers, designers, content creators, and business partners to deliver scalable solutions and align goals.
• You're a strong communicator who articulates strategy and results across a distributed team.
• You care deeply about customer impact and connect users with the right solution at the right moment.

Things You'll Do

• Develop the product-driven acquisition strategy to solve the most important problems for prospective users.
• Define the multi-quarter roadmap for organic discovery and growth, balancing experimentation with durable long-term bets.
• Build scalable, templated product-led pages and flows that convert high-intent discovery traffic into signups.
• Shape Zapier's GEO strategy to be the authoritative automation brand in generative AI search and assistants.
• Run experiments that drive signups and have a meaningful impact on product usage and revenue.
• Expand Zapier's offsite discovery footprint where prospects decide on automation.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and content creators to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Align the team around a common goal and foster a collaborative environment for ideas to thrive.
• Regularly report results and promote a culture of learning and forward progress.
• Engage with customers and prospects weekly to develop strong empathy for their problems.
