We're looking for an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our Harley-Davidson dealerships in Southern California. This is a high-visibility role for a proven operator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and understands the importance of culture, accountability, and customer experience.
You'll be empowered to lead the dealership with full operational responsibility across all departments. You'll have the tools, playbook, and support structure of California's largest Harley-Davidson dealer group behind you—so you can focus on what matters most: leading people, driving performance, and delivering results.

Compensation: Base salary starts at $140,000, with a performance-driven path to $200,000+
