Role Summary:

We're looking for a coachable Junior Account Executive (AE) to join our fast-growing illumend sales team. This role is focused on working mid-to-lower tier inbound and outbound leads and moving them through the sales cycle-from initial contact to closed contract. This is a full-time, remote position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned leads with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
• Qualify, present, and demo the product to prospects
• Work closely with Sales Manager and Senior AEs to manage pipeline and strategy
• Accurately maintain CRM records and sales stages
• Hit monthly activity and conversion goals
• Actively participate in weekly coaching and team huddles

• 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales. Full sales cycle experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology and problem-solving
• Coachable, resilient, and eager to grow into a senior sales role
