Responsibilities

• Generate new business independently, leveraging your network and creativity to connect with luxury travelers, elite travel agencies, corporate clients, and international jet-setters.
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships.
• Develop strategies, action plans, and KPIs to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Lead immersive site inspections and property tours, showcasing each home's unique appeal with support from GEMs and the DOSM.
• Represent Lunara Bay at industry events, weaving our story into every interaction.
• Collaborate on campaigns that resonate with the luxury market.
• Keep a pulse on the competition and market trends.
• Partner with operations and guest services teams to ensure every client experience is flawless.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in hospitality or high-end real estate.
• Energetic, outgoing, and naturally connected to affluent clientele.
• Comfortable working independently to identify and pursue leads.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of white-glove service and attention to detail.
• Self-starter mindset, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Tech-savvy with CRM platforms and booking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred—but passion and experience matter most.
