Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in labeling and packaging, and maintaining organized and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Verifying quantities and quality of goods received
- Recording and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Packing and labeling products for shipment
- Ensuring correct delivery of items to designated locations
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Coordinating with carriers and suppliers for shipment logistics
- Maintaining a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
- Following safety and security protocols for handling materials

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
