Responsibilities

  • Project Managers are responsible for the overall success of the project.
  • Delegates work and assignments to team members
  • Attending owners' meetings, billing, and schedule updates
  • Contract management
  • Subcontractor management
  • Jobsite walks
  • Daily game plans
  • CO & RFI tracking and oversight
  • Cost and labor tracking and projections

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum relevant experience in civil/ infrastructure work
