Supervise the Inventory Control department members, ensuring company policies are followed Maintain the integrity of inventory records while following established procedures Research complex transaction histories to reconcile discrepancies Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives Coordinate activities for team members, ensuring effective use of productive working hours Investigate all facets of facilities operations to troubleshoot processes and recommend improvements What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, youll need: 5 years of experience in inventory control, including supervisory experience Experience with Microsoft Office Itd be great if you also have: Bachelors degree APICS and/or CSCMP certifications Solid time management and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience Self-motivated work style with excelle...Inventory Control, Manager, Inventory, Senior, Retail, Transportation
