## Job Description# Solutions Engineer**Job Title:** IT Solutions Engineer**Location:** Remote**Key Responsibilities:**· Analyze key business requirements and redesign workflow solutions for FreshService ITSM.· Create user-friendly support materials, guides, and articles for workplace technology to improve the end-user experience and streamline support processes.**·****7+ years of relevant experience**· Proven experience as an IT Solutions \ Automation Engineer· Proven experience as an L2 or L3 Helpdesk Engineer· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under direction.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination and documentation.· Advanced knowledge and expertise in FreshService ITSM· Hands-on experience as a builder with Workplace Technology Tools (Asana, Axero, Productiv, Slack, WalkMe)· Experience providing L2 and L3 support services to general business users· Ability to document technical processes, workflows, solution templates and produce operational documentation.· Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (Preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
