This role carries accountability for delivering exceptional member satisfaction, driving membership sales and retention, achieving financial performance, and ensuring sustainable long-term growth. In addition, the General Manager acts as a visible ambassador for the Club, strengthening its reputation and fostering meaningful connections within the community. The General Manager will provide leadership across all areas of the Club including racquet sports (tennis and pickleball), fitness, aquatics, kids programming, events, and other social activities. The individual in this role is responsible for cultivating a world-class member and guest experience, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a culture of service, innovation, and continuous improvement. This position requires a dynamic and hands-on leader who inspires and motivates staff, cultivates strong relationships with members and partners, and consistently delivers measurable results.### **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**· Demonstrates success in leading private club, hospitality, or resort operations.· Comprehensive knowledge of club environments, including racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, and lifestyle programming.· Proven ability to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences in a high-touch, luxury setting.· Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision and planning.· Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.· Experience developing and executing membership growth and retention strategies.· Highly organized, with the ability to oversee multiple departments and manage competing priorities.· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.· In-depth knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and risk management practices.· Inspiring leader with the ability to build, develop, and influence high-performing teams and foster a positive workplace culture.· Skilled collaborator, able to work effectively with vendors, community partners, and hotel leadership.**Compensation**Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 Annually### ### ## **Benefits**HEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
