Shopping Center Developer Investment Company (based in Chico, Ca with Napa satellite office) seeking Full time / part time Project Manager with experience in commercial development. We work with National Retail Tenants in both single tenant and multi-tenant shopping centers. We currently have Starbucks projects under construction as well as a shopping center in the queue to be constructed within 60 days.

Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Manage project schedules, scopes & budgets, and quality control.

Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize costs and disruptions.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Team interface and communication.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.

Experience in construction project management or related field.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software.

Strong skillset including communication, critical thinking analytical mindset.

Experience with retail and / or multi-family construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour

Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)
