About the Role:

As an IDP Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting early intervention assessments, designing supporting, and supervising direct care staff in the implementation of development programs, providing parent training and occasional direct service support to clients in early intervention programs funded by the regional center. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.

Family First services a variety of individuals in home and community settings. We offer early intervention programs, and parent education and training programs along with in-home and telehealth direct care services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of child development
  • Experience with Case Management
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience with developmental assessments (i.e BAYLEY, HELP), early intervention program design and implementation, and evaluation
  • Experience training and implementing PECS phases I-III
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
Responsibilities:
  • Disseminate developmental programming information in a clinical and ethical manner
  • Development and implementation of client developmental programs with clinical oversight and support including covering direct care shifts when needed.
  • Implementation of programming goals
  • Program updates: selecting goals and monitoring goal progress, continually updating and progressing goals based on data review and parent input.
  • Professional attendance, including staff meetings and clinical meetings
  • Early Intervention assessments and recommendations updates and exit reports
  • In-field training, supervision, and support to direct care staff regarding the implementation of a client's programming
  • Monitor client authorizations
  • Parent support with understanding various program options by age and diagnosis
  • Serve as a liaison between the regional center and Family First.
