Description

As a Deductions Specialist at Lundberg you will be responsible for analyzing, researching, and resolving customer deductions to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding company revenue, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

      Analyze, research, and resolve customer deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

      Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to address and resolve deduction disputes.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Maintain detailed documentation of deduction claims, resolutions, and supporting information.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Prepare reports and identify trends to recommend process improvements and reduce future deductions.

      Provide support to the accounts receivable team, including cash application and payment reconciliation.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Manage and maintain organized accounting electronic filing systems and direct deposit records.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and cross-departmental requests as needed.
Requirements

      Associate's degree in business, finance, or accounting; equivalent certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are also acceptable.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or deductions management.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      3+ years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another full-scale ERP platform in a high-volume environment.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
    • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">
      Proven ability to resolve issues independently while communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

      Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.

      Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer service mindset.
