A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to perform customer service activities on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client customer orders, including manual entry and verification of electronically submitted orders
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding order placement, status, and returns, triaging as necessary
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, pricing, and order discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service or relevant experience
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and work within Microsoft Suite
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook
