Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Oregon City, CA. The ideal candidate will lead business process analysis and requirements gathering to support global IT solutions and GxP validation.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Analyze and document current and future business processes, high-level requirements, and detailed functional specifications or agile user stories.
- Guide and support other Business Analysts and Product Owners in developing detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and contribute to acceptance testing efforts, including SAT, UAT, and dry runs.
- Communicate effectively with IT development teams and stakeholders, tailoring messaging for different audiences.
- Act as Lead BA or Product Owner delegate on large global or multi-portfolio initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of IT solutions requiring GxP validation.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Science (advanced degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, IT solution implementation, and global system projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, process modeling, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with GxP validation and familiarity with systems like LIMS, ELN, Quality Systems (Veeva), and data management solutions.
