JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills Desired:

• At least 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
• And having Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Certification.
• Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in Salesforce FSL and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time.
• Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (both Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling and integrating with 3rd party systems.
• Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards.
• Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
• Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud consultant.
• Should be Architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce FSL solutions to meet specific business needs, including configuring scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
• Should be Leading technical design sessions, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Should be Developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and architecture roadmaps to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions
• Should be Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce FSL and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Should be able to Learn Continuously staying updated on the latest Salesforce FSL features, capabilities, and best practices.
