Maintain and repair all commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, cooking preparation, bakery equipment and beverage equipment of all makes and designs throughout the property. Some examples include ovens, meat slicers, mixers, refrigerators and freezers.

Qualifications:

Education and/or experience:
Education level High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience Five years of kitchen, cooking and bakery equipment repair and refrigeration experience is required. Must be an expert at electrical troubleshooting and repair. Must have universal or type 3 refrigeration license. Knowledge of multiple trades including plumbing, electrical and welding with the ability to read blueprints and schematics as necessary. Working knowledge of natural gas equipment controls, steam and electric kitchen equipment and industrial controls preferred.
Language skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning ability:
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
Certificates, licenses, registrations:
Ability to obtain a Class "B" gaming license
